Welcome to GoLive Setups. These terms outline the rules and regulations for using our website and engaging our streaming setup services. By booking a build or purchasing a package, you accept these terms in full.

We provide professional streaming studio designs, gear installation, and optimization services. Our goal is to ensure you go live with the best possible audio and video quality.

All studio build services and streaming packages are subject to availability and location feasibility. When you book a build, we will consult with you to determine the exact gear and spatial requirements for your setup.

• Consultations must be completed before any physical build begins.
• Custom gear packages are tailored to your specific room dimensions and broadcast goals.
• Any modifications requested after the final design approval may incur additional costs.

To secure a build date, a deposit is required. The exact deposit amount will be outlined in your custom gear guide and service proposal.

The remaining balance must be paid in full upon the completion of the setup and final testing phase. We accept standard bank transfers and major credit cards.

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your build date up to 48 hours before our scheduled arrival without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the build date may result in a partial forfeiture of your deposit to cover pre-ordered custom gear logistics.

All hardware, lighting, and audio equipment installed by GoLive Setups carries the original manufacturer warranties. We are not liable for equipment failures caused by improper use, electrical surges, or unauthorized modifications after the handover.

We ensure everything is fully tested and optimized before we leave your location. Ongoing technical support packages can be purchased separately.
